JOURNEY OF EXPANSE REALTY
Our CEO’s journey began as a Property Sales Agent in Philtown. His early beginnings consisted of enduring the Philippines’ intense heat, handing out leaflets to passing cars and prospective clients, and receiving endless rejections. He was persistent and worked his ranks as a Senior Property Executive in Filinvest. His diligence didn’t stop there, he was able to donned the title of a Sales Manager in Nobleland Ventures Inc., orchestrating deals and managing younger versions of himself who looked up to him as a mentor. It wasn’t long before he was promoted to Vice President in Carbre Solutions Inc.

He had goals that went beyond the boundaries of his present position. After earning his credentials as a Licensed Real Estate Broker, he equipped himself with an in-depth understanding of the field and an unparalleled level of passion. He established a real estate company with the goal of enlightening people about investments that can genuinely help clients make money without having to put in a lot of effort. By God’s Grace, they have expanded around the world having satellite offices in Canada, UAE, and Japan.

JC Lumba is a graduate of Entrepreneurial Management in University of Asia and the Pacific.
Combined with years of experience, this led him to his ultimate venture – the CEO of his own company, Expanse Realty. From those early days of tireless footwork to now handling his own real estate firm, which not only is based in the Philippines, but also in international countries such as Canada, UAE, and Japan.Â

Currently, together with his wife, Tiffany Ramos-Lumba, who is also a graduate of Entrepreneurial Management in Assumption College, they run their own real estate brokerage firm which used to be just a dream when they were starting their real estate career back in 2010.

Now, they are known to be “Husband and Wife tandem”. JC
works more on the front, talking and presenting to their
clients, while Tiffany works behind the scenes. Additionally, as Regional Directors of BNI Laguna 2 Region, they continue to serve as an inspiration to a hundred business owners. JC and Tiffany’s tale is a testament to the idea that success isn’t about where you start, but with the journey you’re willing to undertake.
