For foreigners and Filipinos based abroad

The concept of this property investment is that while you are in a different part of the world or while you are busy with your business, you are earning guaranteed income without any hassle and without any expenses. When something gets broken in your hotel room, management will replace and take care of it without having the need to bother you and without deducting it from your income. And when you visit the Philippines, you can enjoy free accommodation in all our hotels including the hotel you invested in.

Is it a condominium or a hotel?

The entire building will be run as a hotel which means all the hotel rooms will be for hotel accommodation. It is not a residential condominium that you can stay in whenever you want, it is an income generating property investment.

How do I earn from this property?

The basis of the income of the unit owners/investors will be from the sales of the whole hotel. The good thing about this property investment is that the basis of your income is from GROSS SALES and not Net Sales which means as investors, you do not participate in any expenses. Unlike when the basis of income is from Net Sales, you may experience losses since the management can declare breakeven and so there will be no dividends for the investors. That is why in this property investment, your income is guaranteed.

How assured is the income?

We are not just basing income of investors since projections because we have existing hotels operating across the country. Currently, we have in Boracay, Batangas and Tagaytay. And we have partnered with a lot of travel agencies that guarantees occupancy since they buy the rooms in wholesale the year before.

Am I just an investor and not a unit owner?

You are a unit owner. It’s a solid asset sealed with a condominium certificate of title. The unit/room and everything in it is yours.

What if I want to use my unit for my personal use?

As an investor, you are entitled to 14 nights free accommodation annually in ALL Canyon Hotels, plus you get 20% lifetime discount. During your stay in the hotel, you may use your room IF it is unoccupied.

So what if in 10 years I want to live in it? Is that an option?

Initially, the whole building will be run as a hotel for 15 years. After 15 years, all the unit owners will vote if they would want to continue to run the building as a hotel or as residential. The decision will be based on the majority or 51% of votes.

Is this time share?

This is a property investment, a solid asset which gives investors passive income with guaranteed returns. It is not a time share, although it has the benefits of a time share: free accommodation and lifetime discounts. Time shares are just shares, you don’t own any property, you don’t get any income from the shares you own, you only get free accommodation in the hotel where you bought the shares from plus you will have to pay for yearly association dues and maintenance costs. In the case of this property investment, hotel management will be the one to take care of all maintenance cost and dues which makes it totally hassle-free.
